Every THIXO order is packed and dispatched from our UK warehouse. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.

Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
• During drops and restocks, dispatch may take slightly longer — we'll always aim to keep you updated.

Delivery Costs

Standard UK delivery is calculated at checkout. Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery automatically — no code needed.
