How do THIXO drops work?

THIXO releases are built around product drops rather than a constantly stocked catalogue. When a drop is live, available pieces will be shown on the store with the current sizing and stock.

Will sold out pieces restock?

Some pieces may return, but restocks are not guaranteed. If a size or item sells out, joining the email list is the best way to hear about future releases first.

How should I choose my size?

Check the product description for fit notes before ordering. If a piece is oversized, fitted, heavyweight, or cropped, that will be called out on the product page.

Where do you ship?

THIXO is based in the United Kingdom. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout once your delivery address has been entered.

How long will my order take?

Order processing times can vary around drop periods. You will receive confirmation after checkout, followed by shipping updates once your order is on the way.

Can I return or exchange an item?

If there is an issue with your order, get in touch as soon as possible with your order number. Items should be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

How should I care for THIXO garments?

Follow the care label inside the garment. As a general rule, wash inside out on a cool cycle and avoid high heat when drying to help preserve print, fabric, and shape.
