Our Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges and store credit as standard. Items must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Your Right to a Refund
In line with UK consumer law, you're also entitled to request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order, even where our standard policy is exchange or credit. Just let us know that's what you'd prefer when you get in touch.
How to Start an Exchange
- Email our team with your order number and what you'd like to exchange (or if you'd prefer a refund).
- We'll send over instructions for returning the item.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your exchange, store credit, or refund.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
